- Daily Deals – request made within seven days of purchase
- Escapes – request made within 30 days of purchase
- Adventures – request made within 24 hours of purchase
- LivingSocial’s 918 F Street – specific to each deal; contact our Consumer Advocates for more information
- Takeout & Delivery – request made within seven days of purchase
- LivingSocial Plus – request made within seven days of subscribing, providing you have not used any of your Program Benefits at that time
- Deluxe Gift Envelope – request on same business day as purchase
These time limitations are subject to change, so, before you ask for a refund, you should always reference ‘The Fine Print’ section of your voucher to confirm whether or not you are eligible for a refund. Any time you ask for a refund outside of the policies stated above, we provide refunds upon request only where the relevant merchant has gone out of business before the promotional period ends.
