How do I request a refund?

You can request a refund for many of your LivingSocial purchases from your account if you are within the eligible refund period, which can be found on your voucher. To find the eligible refund period, just click on ‘My Vouchers’ and push the ‘ask for a refund’ button next to your voucher. You’ll see your purchase refunded within five business days along with a confirmation email.

If you don’t see that button but still think you’re eligible, please contact our Consumer Advocates with your request.
