I forgot my password or I want to change it.

If you are having trouble signing in to your account or wish to change your information for security purposes, you can reset your password in a few easy steps.

  1. Visit our forgot your password page.
  2. Enter the email address you used when you signed up for LivingSocial emails in the ‘Email Address’ field and click the blue ‘Reset Password’ button.
  3. Check your inbox for an email from LivingSocial and follow the listed instructions in the email to reset your password. Your new password must be a minimum of six characters in length.

Once completed, you’ll be signed into your account automatically. You can then access your vouchers by clicking on ‘My Vouchers’ in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
