If you are having trouble signing in to your account or wish to change your information for security purposes, you can reset your password in a few easy steps.
- Visit our forgot your password page.
- Enter the email address you used when you signed up for LivingSocial emails in the ‘Email Address’ field and click the blue ‘Reset Password’ button.
- Check your inbox for an email from LivingSocial and follow the listed instructions in the email to reset your password. Your new password must be a minimum of six characters in length.
Once completed, you’ll be signed into your account automatically. You can then access your vouchers by clicking on ‘My Vouchers’ in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
