If you believe your Deal Bucks balance is incorrect, keep in mind that Deal Bucks are credited to your account for this program one time per month, which can be up to 14 days after your billing cycle closes. If your statement cycle hasn’t closed, you will not be credited with those Deal Bucks yet. Please contact LivingSocial if you still feel your balance is incorrect.
