Change your mind? Date doesn't work for you and your group of friends? No worries! A refund may be collected within 24 hours of your purchase. However, we can't give full or partial refunds to customers who miss an event so make sure to mark your calendars! Note: Canceled Adventures will be fully refunded. Bummer if you can't make the new date of a rescheduled Adventure! Have no fear, of course you will receive a refund upon request!
We also give you one opportunity to change the date or time of your event. To reschedule your experience, there are two steps:
- Contact us at least seven days before the date you originally reserved.
- Request a new date or time for your event that’s more than 24 hours away.
