Refund Policy for Vouchers Sent by Mail
Purchasers must call LivingSocial at 877-521-4191 by 10 p.m. EST the day of purchase to request any changes/refunds on vouchers being sent via U.S. Postal Service. After this time, orders will be fulfilled and exchanges can only be given to the recipient of the gift.
Exchange Policy for Vouchers Sent by Mail
LivingSocial will allow the gift recipient to exchange their unused voucher for Deal Bucks equal to the paid price of the voucher, as long as it's within 60 days of purchase. After that, LivingSocial does not provide exchanges, except in cases where the merchant has gone out of business. You must have an active LivingSocial account to receive any Deal Bucks.
Refund Policy for Vouchers Given via E-mail or in Person
If you give your voucher as a gift to another person, LivingSocial will provide you with a refund only if (a) you contact us within seven days after you purchased your voucher and (b) the person to whom you gave the voucher has not claimed the voucher. If you contact LivingSocial past the seven day cut-off or if the recipient of the voucher has added the voucher to his or her account, LivingSocial will not refund you. Any recipient who has added a voucher to his or her account may request a refund. All refunds to recipients of vouchers will be given in Deal Bucks.
Refund Policy on Gifted Vouchers
For gifted vouchers that have been claimed into the gift recipient's account, we can process a Deal Bucks refund until the date of expiration listed on the voucher. You may contact us at 877-521-4191 to receive a refund in Deal Bucks. We are unable to process a refund to you in any form other than Deal Bucks.
