Refund Policy:
Purchasers must call LivingSocial at 877- 521- 4191 by 10 p.m. EST the day of purchase to request any changes/refunds on gift wrapping orders. After this time, orders will be fulfilled and exchanges can only be given to the recipient of the gift.
Exchange Policy:
LivingSocial will allow the gift recipeint to exchange their unused voucher for Deal Bucks equal to the Deluxe Gift Envelope paid price, as long as it's within 60 days of purchase. After that, LivingSocial does not provide exchanges, except in cases where the merchant has gone out of business. You must have an active LivingSocial account to receive any Deal Bucks.
