Can I get a refund?

We try to be as accommodating as we can with our refund policies. Simply put, different types of deals have different policies, which we've listed below:

  • For Deals purchased on or after November [21], 2013 Regular Local (including Families, dated Events and At Home deals) and Shop Voucher Deals - Within seven days, vouchers that haven't been redeemed are eligible for a refund to original payment method with no questions asked. After seven days, vouchers that haven't been redeemed become eligible for a Deal Buck refund up until the Voucher expiration date.
  • Shop Product Deals, Escapes and Events, as well as Local and Shop Voucher Deals purchased before November [21], 2013 are still subject to our previous refund policy.

These time limitations are subject to change, so, before you ask for a refund, you should always reference ‘The Fine Print’ section of your voucher to confirm whether or not you are eligible for a refund. Any time you ask for a refund outside of the policies stated above, we provide refunds upon request only where the relevant merchant has gone out of business before the promotional period ends.
