Can I get a refund?
To request a refund, log in to your LivingSocial account, and click on 'my vouchers'.
You can find 'my vouchers' in the following locations:
On a computer internet browser: Select ‘my vouchers’ in the upper right-hand corner of the page. Then click ‘ask for refund’ on your eligible listed voucher.
On a mobile phone internet browser: Select ‘my vouchers’ at the top right-hand corner of the screen. Then click ‘ask for refund’ below the vouchers or click on a voucher, then click ‘ask for refund’ on the voucher.
In the iOS app: Select ‘vouchers’ at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Select a voucher, scroll to the bottom and select ‘request refund’.
In the Android app: Click on the menu icon in the upper left. Then click ‘my vouchers’. Select the eligible voucher you wish to refund, scroll to the bottom then click ‘request refund’.
The fastest way to refund your unredeemed, unscheduled voucher any time is to exchange it for Deal Bucks which will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
Alternatively, you can get a full refund on any unredeemed, unscheduled voucher within the first seven days of purchase.
If you do not see an option to request a refund on your voucher, it may not be eligible for a refund.
