How do I request a refund?

You can request a refund for your LivingSocial purchase from your account if you're within the eligible refund period, which you can find on your voucher. You can also find the eligible refund period on your computer, mobile phone, IOS app, or Android app.

If you are within the eligible refund period and are on your computer, you can select “my vouchers” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. If you are using a mobile phone, select “vouchers” at the top right-hand corner of the screen. In the IOS app, select “voucher” at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. In the Android app, select the menu button in the upper left-hand corner of the screen and then select “my vouchers.” From your account, click the “Ask for a Refund” button next to your voucher. If you are eligible for a refund, LivingSocial will refund your purchase within five business days from your request and send you a confirmation email.
