What do I do if I cannot contact the merchant?
We’re sorry to hear that you’ve had trouble getting in touch with a merchant. Luckily, you can request a refund for your LivingSocial purchase. We will give you a refund only if you’re within the eligible refund period, if any, identified on your voucher. You can refund your voucher via the "My Vouchers" page on your account.
If you're unable to use the voucher outside of this period due to merchant contact issues, please let us know by calling us at 202-400-2100. We're happy to help.
